CC-Online provides a one stop online service for the registration of CC courses and activities, booking of CC facilities and online payment.

Registrations / Memberships
Q:
Why do I need to register?
A:

Registering your details with us allows us to update & contact you regarding your course/activity registration and facility booking, and allows you to transact with us in the future without the hassle of having to enter your particulars repeatedly.

Your particulars are solely for the People's Association's (PA) internal use only and in strict accordance with our privacy policy.

Q:

When I try to register myself as a new website member, the system informs me that I am already registered even though I had never registered myself online.

A

When you become a member in any CC, you are automatically registered as our website member. If you forgot your password, you can have your password sent to your email address

Q:
I forgot my password and/or the email account that I registered with.
A:

If you forgot your password, click here to have your password sent to the email address you registered with.

If you forgot the email account you registered with, you may update your email address at any CC. The CC will require a physical form of identification, such as your NRIC, for verification.

   
Q:

I am a youth group member in Bedok CC, can I enjoy the member rates at Hougang CC?

A:
No. CC Memberships are CC specific and are not transferrable between CCs.

 

Courses / Facilities
Q:

How can I find out more about the contents of a course conducted by PA?

A:
You can contact the Lifeskills & Lifestyle Division at PA. The contact number is 6340 5300. You can also send your queries to PA_lifeskills_lifestyle@pa.gov.sg .
 
Q:
I had registered a class online and made payment by sending a cheque to the CC, how can I check the status?
A:
Go to MyHome. You will see a list of your current registrations when you click on the "Registrations" link under "Current Registrations". If the CC has updated your payment, then the Payment Status will be "Paid"
 
Q:
How can I cancel my registrations?
A:

Go to MyHome. You will see a list of your current registrations when you click on one of the links under "Current Registrations". To cancel your registration, select the appropriate item and then click on "Cancel Registrations"

 
Q:
I had registered a class online but forgot to print the registration details. Can I reprint it?
A:
Yes, you can. Go to MyHome. You will see a list of your current registrations when you click on the "Registrations" link under "Current Registrations". To reprint the registration details of a particular class, tick the check box on the first column by clicking it. Click on the Print Enclosure button to print the registration details.
   
Q:
I cannot find the prices or appropriate membership type for myself in the details page of a course of facility. What should I do?
A:
Call the respective CC for more information. You can browse the list of CC for their contact details.
   
Q:
How do I register for my children?
A:
You will have to create an account for each of them. You can still pay for your children; the person making the payment need not be the registrant.
 

 

 

Online Payment
Q:
What are the payment modes available? What are the credit cards/debit cards supported?
A:

Currently, only payment via credit card is supported. We support all VISA/MasterCard credit cards, all MasterCard debit cards and the Visa Electron debit card.

We are constantly reviewing our payment options and will add new options when possible.

   
Q:
How will the receipt be issued for online payment?
A:
Electronic receipts will be generated upon payment and displayed on the screen. You can save or print the receipt or note down the receipt number for future reference.
 
Q:
What if my credit card payment transaction fails, will my transaction still be processed?
A:
No.
   
Q:

What if I have made a payment but the status is not reflecting as paid?

A:

Yes. This could be due to network problems after payment has been made. As such, our database may not be updated. Thus, it is important for customers to print the payment receipts and check the status of the registration or booking online.

If you believed that you have been charged in error, please note the booking details such as your NRIC, date of payment, merchant reference number, etc and report the problem at the CC. You may also email us at the FeedBack Page.

 
Q:
Can I cancel my online payment?
A:
No. If you have any concerns, please contact the CC hosting the course/facility directly.
   
Q:
When paying online, must the payee be the same as the registered account user?
A:
No. The payee can be the registered account user or anybody else.
   
Q:
Can I pay for my children?
A:
Yes you can. We do not require that the registrant and the payee be the same person.
